KFP at the Annual Meeting in Davos 2019 – A Complete Success!

Every year in January, Switzerland enjoys having another Summit amongst its peaks – not just in the connotative sense of the word. For the fifth consecutive year in 2019, the KFP team provided state-of-the-art technology and service for more than 100 events and installations during a four-day period. To expand meeting capacities at one of Davos´ hotspots Steigenberger Grandhotel Belvedere, as well as for the Hilton Garden Inn, KFP constructed 67 external pavilions and offices, including the technical equipment and infrastructure. All of them meeting the highest quality standards.

We are very proud to have again provided a first-class performance and to have received an outstanding feedback on our commitment to the renowned Annual Meeting in Davos in 2019: from top VIP talks and spontaneous “global streaming” solutions to press conferences, large events and panel discussions, we delivered services in all areas, aligned with the highest levels of security – professionally and reliably. We moved over 100 tons of equipment and installed more than 7 km of cables.

Essential success factors were the permanent availability and the concentrated deployment of our integrated teams at the location, which ensured a perfect interaction between IT, telecommunications, media technology, content know-how and participant management. This way, we were not only able to fulfill all of the requirements of our onsite customers and their top executives, but also the challenging expectations posed by high potentials and prominent guests from the world of politics and business – Consistently. Skillfully. Then and there.

Certainly our event experts could benefit from their many years of experience. But an equally important factor was KFP/CHANGE’s integrated competence team, which has been developed and expanded continuously over the past five years. Thanks to this, our teams are able to master the increasing convergence of technical systems perfectly. The sustained success has strengthened our customer-centric and entrepreneurial orientation respectively.
